1. Prepare the wall – Measure the installation area. Make sure the surface is dry and free of mildew.
   
2. Screw installation – For drywall, locate studs or use anchors. Place the first panel and secure with 4 screws, spaced evenly at the edges.
   
3. Adhesive option – Panels can also be mounted with adhesive for a permanent installation.
   
4. Cutting panels – Mark the cut, flip the panel slats-down to cut the felt with a utility knife, then flip slats-up to cut the wood with a hand saw or circular saw.
