Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all original packaging and accessories included. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning, please send us clear images of the package to confirm that it remains undamaged and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If there is visible damage, a defect, or if you have received the wrong item, please note this upon receipt and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Failure to report such issues promptly may result in refusal or inability to process replacements or refunds later on.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on samples or sample boxes.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, unopened, and in their original packaging, with a copy of the invoice enclosed.
Please include a short note on your invoice indicating one of the following reasons:

  • Returned for resale (if in re-saleable condition)

  • Returned faulty

Please note that failure to include the invoice and reason for return may delay your refund.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping if you have changed your mind about the product or if there are slight color differences, natural wood variations, or knots typical of real wood materials.

If free delivery was provided and the order is rejected or returned due to the customer no longer wanting the product or ordering the incorrect item, the refund will be made for the product value only, excluding the original delivery cost.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, please place a new order for the replacement item.


Missing Items

If any item is missing, we will open a claim with the courier immediately.
Please note that courier claims can take several weeks to resolve, though we always aim to settle them as quickly as possible.
Once confirmed as lost by the courier, we will ship a replacement promptly.

If the courier tracking shows the order as “delivered” (e.g., to a reception desk, front door, or porch), but you have not received it, please notify us via email within 24 hours.
We cannot accept phone calls as proof of claim.
If we can verify through the courier that the order was delivered, we may not be able to provide a refund, though we will do everything we can to assist in resolving the situation.


Color Variations

Please note that natural wood products may vary slightly in color, texture, and pattern.
We cannot process refunds or returns based solely on color or grain variations.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.


SLATPANEL Returns

You may return panels within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
All returns will be inspected by our warehouse team upon arrival.
If the panels are confirmed to be in good condition, the refund will be processed accordingly.

If free delivery was provided and the order is rejected or returned due to no longer wanting the product or ordering the incorrect item, the refund will be made for the product only, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
We can provide a discounted return shipping label upon request, and its cost will be deducted from your refund.

Before returning, please send us pictures of all the packages ready for shipment, including images of both ends and the main body of each package, and let us know the reason for your return.
Please wait for our confirmation before proceeding with the shipment.
Be sure to write your name and order number on each box, and if you use your own return label, please send us the tracking numbers once shipped.

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us immediately at support@unisoarshop.com.
Please keep all packaging and panels intact until we have assisted you.
We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for damaged or incorrect items if the panels have been cut, finished, or installed in any way.
All claims require that panels remain in their original condition and packaging so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
