High quality veneer natural oak. High quality, black, thick felt backing. Veneer stains any color easily. I used 2 coats of stain and 1 coat of matte poly. Apply stain/poly after install—so easy. Arrived in perfect condition.

This 62-year-old lady had no trouble handling the lightweight sections and cutting and installing alone. Used jig saw for straight cuts and multi-tool saw for outlets. Cuts like butter. Used Ryobi brad nailer and secured through the FELT only to drywall. No need to build a background grid structure or glue for a lightweight product like this. I only nailed into WOOD slats at the top- into marked studs where possible- (covered by black trim) and the bottom (not noticeable). Used wood filler for the few wood holes. Felt nails are invisible, so use all you want. I kept the existing baseboards and painted them black.

TIPS: Use large level carefully. Push each 12" panel as close as possible to the previous one, your eye will see any inaccuracy. Use painters tape to protect the veneer while cutting. This 12' wall cost me around $1,000 on sale.

The walls are great. Delivery showed up slightly damaged on one end but we needed to cut a few inches so it wasn’t a problem. Slight measurement issues with the felt lining between pieces that aren’t as uniform as the built in spaces but you’d have to stair at it to really notice it.

After looking around for panels for a while I decided on these! The price is great! the quality is great (compared with floor and decor panel)! the final finish looks great as well. You will need to add back support to give good glue coverage for larger spaces. Over all family loves it!! The tricky part was to make sure everything was aligned and centered so be ready to became a mathematician.

Put up 6 oak colored panels on our bedroom wall. Great quality and very easy to work with. They look amazing!

These acoustic panels are beautiful! The strips are real oak wood! No plastic fake wood grain. The color is a nice wheat shade, not too dark but not colorless. The room that I have them in has charcoal gray slate floors and the contrast is awesome! We love them... ordering more because they dont go far but are worth the statement.

These are great. Installed in a spare room that I use as a recording studio. Really helped create an ambient atmosphere with everything else I put together. They are MDF inside, but the veneer wraps all around so you don't see any seams. They look just like real wood up on the wall, and even smells like oak in the room now. There were a couple pieces that had some chips on the ends, but luckily I had to trim them anyway so I was able to use them all. Wasn't as cheap as I had expected for the whole wall, but definitely worth it- these were still a better price than some of the other ones out there. They aren't super heavy so you can just screw them into the drywall to hold them.

We installed these behind our reception desk in the office. They cut down the echo dramatically and make the space feel high-end.

This paneling is for a 9300 foot Tahoe home where money is only kinda an object. It’s covering a couple hundred square feet of everything from cabinet doors and hidden access walk doors to panels above upholstered head boards in the guest suites. Four actually. It’s going to be an epic build.
