Unisoar Acoustic Wall Panels – 2 Year Warranty Policy

Unisoar is committed to delivering premium acoustic wall panels that combine style, durability, and high-quality craftsmanship. To give our customers confidence in their purchase, all Unisoar panels come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. Covered issues include:

  • Warping, splitting, or cracking caused by manufacturing defects

  • Defective wood veneer or engineered wood finishes

  • Structural failure of panels under normal indoor use

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation or failure to follow Unisoar’s installation instructions

  • Exposure to excessive moisture, water damage, or extreme humidity

  • Physical damage such as scratches, dents, or impacts

  • Normal wear and tear or natural variations in wood color, tone, or grain

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations

3. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

  2. Clear photos showing the defect

  3. Installation date and method (if applicable)

Claims must be submitted within 2 years from the date of purchase.

4. Resolution

Upon verification of a valid claim, Unisoar will, at its discretion:

  • Repair or replace the defective panel(s)

  • Issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the affected panel(s)

Shipping costs for warranty replacements may be covered depending on the situation; contact support for details. Unisoar reserves the right to determine the most appropriate remedy.

5. Additional Terms

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

  • Panels must be installed and maintained according to Unisoar instructions to maintain warranty eligibility.

  • This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
