Each box contains two panels measuring H 94.48" × W 11.81". We pack them securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready for installation.

The panels are produced in one standard size. But don’t worry—they are designed to be joined together both horizontally and vertically. When installed horizontally, the join is virtually seamless. When installed vertically, there may be a fine join line, but most customers find it blends naturally into the design. If you’d like to see real project photos, just let us know—we’ll happily share examples.

There are two straightforward installation methods:

Glue directly onto the wall with a strong construction adhesive or grab glue.

Screw directly through the felt backing using the correct fixings.
For the black felt, we recommend black screws; for grey felt, use silver or grey screws for a neat finish. Each panel should be secured with around 9 screws, spaced evenly across the width and down the length. If you’re installing onto a ceiling, always make sure to screw into ceiling joists.

Most of our panels are in stock, with delivery usually within 3–7 business days. If new production is required, the lead time can extend to 4–6 weeks. We’ll always confirm the exact schedule with you at the time of order.

At this stage, we don’t manufacture custom sizes. However, the panels are very easy to trim with a fine-tooth saw if you need a smaller fit. For larger projects, panels can be joined neatly to cover as much area as you need.

Yes—our panels can be used in kitchens and bathrooms as long as they’re not in direct contact with water. For added peace of mind, we suggest applying a water-resistant finish to the slats, which helps protect the veneer from moisture and humidity.

Our flexible slat panels are designed exclusively for indoor use. Outdoor conditions such as rain, humidity, or direct sun exposure will damage the materials.

They are supplied unfinished, giving you the freedom to finish them however you prefer. Adding oil, wax, lacquer, or varnish not only protects the surface but also brings out the natural grain and color depth of the wood.

No problem. The panels are simple to adjust. The felt can be cut with a sharp blade, and the wood slats can be trimmed with a fine-tooth saw. This way you can fit panels neatly around plug sockets, windows, or any wall features.

Our panels can be mounted on almost any surface, including brick, concrete, and plasterboard. Just make sure you’re using the right fixings or adhesive for the surface.

Yes—the wood is always sourced from the same trusted supplier, so the tones are consistent. That said, as a natural product, you can expect some natural variations: knots, slight cracks, or small differences in grain color that make each panel unique.

The edges are designed to look clean and finished even when exposed. When cut, the slats are black throughout the core, so the edge appearance blends with the rest of the panel.

Absolutely—you can run cables behind the panels, making them a great choice if you’d like to hide wires for TVs, lighting, or other electronics.

We can supply panels with a fire-rated felt backing on request. Please note that the wood veneer itself is not fire-rated. Contact us if you need more detailed fire-safety information.

You can return unused acoustic wall panels within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please keep them in their original packaging to qualify.
